1.芸豆清洗干净提前泡一晚上。

2.放电压力锅,加水和芸豆平齐利用豆蹄筋功能熟了自动停止。

3.熟了,用手指能轻轻碾碎,特别软很好吃。

4.趁热加白糖。

6.稍微按压碎,我喜欢吃起来有颗粒感的,所以不按压太碎。

7.放入锅中小火炒出多余水分。

8.加入玉米油。

9.炒制玉米油充分和芸豆馅融合在一起,软硬程度如图能挺住不流动即可。
